Actually, very little software runs on Linux but not BSD. Anything that
you'd write with php/mysql would almost certainly be portable to BSD
even if you used an alternative platform.

I hate to burst your bubble here, but the only reason BSD users can rest
easy for now is that they are a small enough user base that they are
effectively off SCO's radar. While the '93 code was found to be clean, a
lot of code has been written since (heck, I think less than 1% of the
current Linux kernel code existed back in '93), and any of that code
could potentially be subject to SCO's claims.
