I have never seen DSL that robust. Cable is 10.5 mb in theory and actually
runs about 2000kb. The T1 line at Motorola with 100 users at 1.5mb is still a
lot faster than my cable uploading or downloading. All of the DSL's that I
have used are not any more robust than my cable connection. At the two
Cal-Poly schools where I teach Linux the DSL will choke with more than one
download running.
