You'd be suprised to see how many organizations either refuse to get
support or don't know its available. Mysql AG is the place to get mysql
support, but most companies I've worked for that use it aren't using it as
well as they could and then when they do have problems, just moan about it
being "crappy", instead of spending a little money to get some support
from mysql ag, instead they usually spend millions on oracle only to find
its not any better than mysql when they're not upgrading hardware.
