as i mention before, not another certification. 
"competency" has been a topic in the SAGE/USENIX mailing 
list, but i think pretty much most of the system 
administrator agrees that this is just another way for the 
business to feel better.  doesn't make anyone better or 
should be well paid because of the certification.  i would 
rather see the group work with certification body than start 
your own (let's not reinvent the wheel here).
