[Lula-biz] opens source competency?

maybe this could get cross posted on the regular lula list.  you all decide.

I think we need a free/ open source community administered testing system.
All members can contribute questions with answers.  Other members can revise
them.  The tests can be on the web and test results can be posted.  It would
be a great learning tool and it would be a great way to consolidate
knowledge and the knowledgable.  This may be an over simplification but I'd
love to hear others ideas on the subject.

Does anyone know of a php/mysql competency test?

We have been looking to add another staff member to work on a mysql and php
web dev project and have had a hard time finding reliable help in this area.
