I am searching for an enterprise level Linux solution. Here are a few
requirements:

24x7 tech support
Product Updates
Lower cost of licenses (Red Hat's $2499.00 per server license was a bit
to steep)
FTP & HyperTerm access
File Server (If possible, but not mandatory)
