[Lula] samba printing not working

This [OfficeJet-5500] entry is not needed and can be safely deleted.
(PS: always post output of `testparm` command instead of samba.conf)

ipp backend .... how is your OfficeJet-5500 connected to cups/samba
server in question?

when debugging, change log levels to debug or verbose as additional info
wouldn't hurt.
