[Lula] Microsoft writes Oklahoma anti-spyware bill... that lets them use spyware!

Privacy issues aside, I absolutely do care what any software 
manufacturer or vendor deletes from my systems. They write the buggy 
software in the first place .. so much for perfect knowledge.
