Jeff, I just booked a room with 2 double beds @ the Pickwick for Tues & 
Wed, and I think I'll call later today and book Monday to. It's a little 
pricey @ $169/night but then it is SF, it's one of the show hotels, I 
booked it to late for much of a discount, maddog and others are staying 
their, and this year I really want to be in the center of things.

Anyway, I'm definitely looking to share any or all nights. As far a 
transportation, I'm still open, but I'm definitely thinking about going 
up for Monday. I like the idea of getting settled in before the crowd, 
getting the LULA table set up, plus I think my media badge will get me 
into some conferences. Besides, my deal with DDJ is per day so Monday is 
another $200. 

So if you are planning ti drive up Monday, I'm in, otherwise I'll 
probably fly.

P.S. I'm sure we can advertise SCALE in the space too, so if you have 
thing like a sign, banner, literature etc, you should bring it.
