[Lula] BIOS beep codes ... SOLUTION

Well that was fun. Turns out that the power controller in the BIOS was
set to LAST STATE, and as I was only using 1 of the 3 power supplies,
the BIOS was beeping that the other power supplies had failed. Once I
plugged in all three power supplies, the system came up, stopped
beeping, and I was able to start its setup.
weird that that was not mentioned in any of the doc that came with the
chassis. I figured that the other 2 were backups, and that it only
needed one PS to start. Turns out it needs all three.
