Installation of linux has become pretty easy lately.  To follow up on 
Dan's suggestion, how about a "post-install-fest" that dealt with making 
linux more usable on the desktop ?  That would include stuff like 
installing and configuring wireless cards, dvd burning, multimedia 
software, etc.
