My company, Dakim (www.dakim.com) is producing touchscreen computers  
which will be used to cognitively stimulate people with Alzheimer's  
Disease.

These computers are based on Ubuntu Dapper (6.06) with a number of  
customizations.

We are currently looking for off-site consulting help (telecommuting  
OK). Areas you should be familiar with include the Debian packaging  
system (not just using apt-get to update your system, but creating  
custom packages and respositories), shell scripting, Gnome/X  
customizations (custom shutdown and startup screens, etc.) and  
general Linux sysadmin wizardry.
