It doesn't match what you have configured with your registrar:
# whois 4hemp.org | grep "Name Server"
Name Server:NS.BSVN.NET
Name Server:NS2.BSVN.NET

So your zone file is not listing all of the nameservers as it should.
Fix that, then reload the zone with:
# rndc reload 4hemp.org
