Really?  That's counterintuitive.  Wine writes tests for all its code,
and to implement a test for client software, one naturally
has to have the server side implemented, too.

It would be more useful if you could submit a patch to Wine to use FreeDCE
for something.

Them who writes the code gets to say which libraries are used,
I'm afraid.
