Hi Dan,

Somewhat changing the topic--do you know anything about running recent
versions of Word Perfect on wine?  Per the wine website it is
'untested'.

Word Perfect is the killer app for most law firms.  Lawyers are married
to Word Perfect because of the complex formatting required in legal
papers.  That's not to say that other apps couldn't do the same, but
Word Perfect does this sort of stuff quite well, and any law firm moving
to a new app (eg open office) would face substantial retraining costs.

I would guess that with Word Perfect and an Outlook-like program
(evolution) connected to an exchange-like server (?), many law firms
would take a very serious look at moving to a Linux desktop.
