LULA (Linux Users of Los Angeles) presents:

Migrating to Desktop Linux with Wine, by Dan Kegel

Are you an IT professional considering migrating some
of your Windows workstations to Linux?
This presentation will introduce you to Wine, a tool
that lets you run Windows apps on Linux, and discuss
how it can fit in to your migration plans.
Dan will also demonstrate a few Windows apps on Linux using Wine.

Dan's slides are online at http://kegel.com/wine/wine-2006-june-talk.html

Dan Kegel (http://kegel.com) is a crusty old programmer who thinks
threads are for people who don't know how to program state machines.
