The .org nameservers don't seem to have a record for your domain

The .org registry does not appear to be delegating the domain to your name 
servers.

You need to contact your registrar or try reentering the info there.

steve at maggie:~$ whois 4hemp.org | grep ^Name | head -2
Name Server:NS.BSVN.NET
Name Server:NS2.BSVN.NET

In the past, I've found the .org registry (ultradns) updates name servers 
very quickly.  not at all like the .com and .net registry.

This is interesting:
