[Lula] Dell PE 850 Server: CERC RAID controller and Debian

I'm considering a Dell PowerEdge 850 1U server with RAID 1 configuration.
Using the Dell.com config tool, when I specify RAID 1 they offer a CERC
SATA RAID controller.

"SATA RAID 1 with 2 Hard Drives Connected to add CERC SATA RAID Controller "
"CERC 6-Channel SATA RAID Controller"  (they charge about $260 for this device)

Does anyone know if there are drivers for this device under Debian-stable?
Any experience with this controller or other comments welcome.
