[Lula] Dell PE 850 Server: CERC RAID controller and Debian

I believe that CERC you're referring to is a rebadged Adaptec 2610SA
which should be supported by the aacraid driver.  I'm amazed they only
charge $260 for it, that's below MSRP.  Usually dell marks those things
up (like the perc4's which were really rebadged LSI MegaRaid cards where
they sold it for double the MSRP).
