Bingo. That is exactly what needs to be done. I have seen this and 
similar issues before. The solution is to adjust what folders you are 
subscribed to. When accessing e-mail from other clients (NOT JUST 
OUTLOOK/OUTLOOK EXPRESS) [no need to make it seem like its microsofts 
fault] I believe that the client updates what folders are subscribed to 
server side.
