You should charge at least double that.  In my opinion, if you are worth $70 your worth $150.  Seems simplistic but at least this way even if they needed you for just one hour on a particular occasion is would most likely be worth your while.  Also, in case you get into a situation where you don't have the answer and/or need a second opinion or in case you get over booked it'll be easier to find a quality tech to fill in for you.
