[Lula] Channels.conf for DVR

I've spent a lot of time configuring a PCHDTV-5500 card to work with  
Time Warner's digital cable service for West Los Angeles. If anyone  
would be interested in the channels.conf file I have, I'll post it to  
the list. I've been having some trouble getting MythTV to work with  
the card though--apparently, Zap2It labs, where I get my schedule  
information, doesn't have any tuning data so you have to manually  
associate the Zap2It channels with the ones in channels.conf.
