[Lula] Channels.conf for DVR

Okay. I've attached the channels.conf file. I know that there are a  
couple channels where the audio and video of the channels weren't  
detected right, so a few numbers probably need to be changed. I've  
commented out what I think are encrypted signals. I'm not sure about  
a few of the channel names, especially the ones that are for home- 
shopping type networks. That could be correct or else the station was  
airing an infomercial when I was going through the channels.
