[Lula] coming to installfest

Kind of late in the day here, but I think I'll be able to come to the 
installfest, as I'd hoped to do.

My name is Mia Molvray.  I have a dual boot Sharp MP-30 laptop running 
WinXP and Fedora Core 3.

Goal: Use liveCD of Feisty + thumbdrive to store settings to add yet 
another OS.  NOT to change anything on current dual boot setup, since 
this is my primary computer and I can't afford to have it go pear-shaped 
on me!

I can't get live CDs to work.  I've tried Fedora 7, CentOS, various 
ubuntus.  As far as I can tell, they all die when X is supposed to come 
up.  I can't figure out a workaround, and I'm hoping somebody else can.

I've used Redhat / Fedora / Ubuntu for years, and may be able to help 
others with straightforward installs.
