[Lula] graphics workstation

Hi gang,

The wife has informed me that it's time to get her a new computer.
She mostly wants to do graphics with photoshop (under wine) and
convert/edit video using main actor or similar video editing software.
 The os will be ubuntu.

What do you recommend for processor, ram and any other hardware?  All
suggestions are welcome.
