[Lula] interpreting tcpdump -- mdns

Hi,
Can anyone kindly guide me which flavor of Linux should  I install for the
following purpose.

(1)  I need  to develop some win32 application, so Linux should have built
in simulator for windows or wine is installed.
(2) I need good internet security, as I do lot of money transactions. some
built in firewall/anti-spy ware/anti virus/anti-ad aware.
