[Lula] Dance pad on Ubuntu!

I wanted to try using my compuer while standing,
and jumping on floor pads to do web browsing.
Sooooo.... I did a little research, and found the
dance pad people recommended was the Ignition 3
from redoctane.com.  It plugged in fine to my Dapper
system, and showed up right away as /dev/input/js0;
catting that file showed promising action when I
jumped on the pads.  I think it helps I have a hardwood floor.
The two dance games that I tried, stepmania and pydance,
both worked fine. There were only two hitches:
I had to log out to free up the sound device once,
and the dance games don't tell you you have
to go to their 'map input' screen so you can
teach it what your input keys are.

Now to figure out how to map the dance pad to the
"page up", "page down" keys...
