[Lula] Intermediate C class in the LA area?

I'm trying to find a intermediate (i.e. anything that's not 
beginner-"what's-a-function"-level) class in C programming (or, really, 
any language except Java) in the LA area, that can be taken without 
already being a student at UCLA, USC, etc.  I'm hoping to take it this 
summer, but later would be alright.  I've looked at the classes 
available at the local community collages without success.

I'm hoping someone on this list might have some pointers or suggestions 
of classes or other places to look for them.
