[Lula] Help configuring ATT (old sbcglobal) email with Evolution

The issue is that ATT is using non-standard ports as a "security
measure". It isn't obvious to me how to change the ports
Evolution uses for SSL-based email.
I've spent several hours with ATT customer service, including a half
hour with level 2. All they can tell me is to use Microsoft Outlook
2003.
Does anyone know a trick for getting Evolution to use port 995 for outgoing SSL-based SMTP, and port 465 for POP?
