By posting to the Planning List, you have done that pencilling in
yourself.  I do not need to do anything.

Sounds right to me.
Your next step is to write the blurb.  What I do is find
a previous panel blurb and replace the info.  Then that
blurb gets put into the email announcement format, and
posted to the planning list, and someone will edit the
web site front page for you.

You can do this at any time, and the web site can pre-announce
for several months for you, or you can wait until after the
February Meeting, or better is to announce at the February
meeting.
