[Planning] LUG Table status, hours and info request

so I am sending just by itself with the right from
email address to the planning members.

Dear Gareth,

I'm a member of the LULA.org and co-founder of LAMPSIG.org.
We are wondering about the hours the exhibit area would be
open for on Saturday and Sunday, so we may set up our online
form with them to solicit member volunteers to man the booth.

Click on the "Sign Up" link to view the form.  These pages
still need more editing before release to our members.

Also, when is the table set up time?  Is it Friday late
afternoon, Friday all day, or just Saturday morning?
The online form needs this information for set up volunteers.

Once the these pages are fully done I will be contacting
other LUGs to see if they would like to use this online
capability as well.  Please do not advertise this in advance.
