[Planning] Planning for LAMPSIG's SCALE booth

Hi,

This URL and volunteer sign up sheet was designed years
ago and adapted last year for LULA for SCALE 2X.

If LULA planning members desire, then I will repurpose
it to SCALE3X and put the demo for approval before public
use at lula.peterbenjamin.com/shows/scale3x.  It requires
me to edit the HTML and pathnames for the database.

Do click on the link for Signup and try it yourself.

The page is designed to be printed on a single 8.5x11 sheet
for use at meetings for manually signing up.  Let me know
***sooner***, not later, as it does take some time to get
it tested and we do want time to PR the new URL for LULA
members to sign up for.
