Or via email. If we are not going to use the room, then as we have been asked to "cancel", we ought to tell them *today* right? They asked for 24 hour notice at least as I recall. _______________________________________________ Planning mailing list Planning at lula.org http://www.lula.org/mailman/listinfo/planning From dank at kegel.com Mon Nov 15 20:32:47 2004 From: dank at kegel.com (Dan Kegel) Date: Mon, 15 Nov 2004 17:32:47 -0800 Subject: [Planning] Projector and cancelling at 24 hours In-Reply-To: <6.1.2.0.2.20041115102142.02ec3490@peterbenjamin.com> References: <084101c4cb3c$697a3730$0283a8c0@dell01> <6.1.2.0.2.20041115102142.02ec3490@peterbenjamin.com> Message-ID: <419958BF.60003@kegel.com> Peter Benjamin wrote: > At 09:56 AM 11/15/2004, Kevin Cohen wrote: > >>I thought we had a speaker this month. I can give a presentation about Google which should be of interest; Peter, I would like to use that projector, I guess. Four groups to choose from in Los Angeles are lula.org (3rd Tuesday), sgvlug.org (2nd Thursday), lilax.org? (2nd Saturday), and uuasc-la (1st Thursday). All of them are shoestring operations, and attendence depends crucially on good publicity, so we'd want to line this up 60 days in advance if possible.
