Hi Jim,
Let me get back to you about the pizza (we haven't done it before,
sounds like a great way to ensure attendance, but I
need to check with the management). No need to buy beer.
We can probably have 40 people, depending on publicity.
Speaking of which, do you have a title & description, or
should I wait for your slides?
