[Planning] One more day to reserve room for meeting

I was told that the room reservation needs to be in
to the Tom Bradley center one week before we use it.
That would mean the room reservation needs to be
made Monday or Tuesday, to make the 3rd Tuesday
of the month.

If there will be no LULA meeting, then LAMPSIG will
schedule a PHP programming class that night, instead
of cancelling it, perhaps.
