[Planning] Update on server status

Just to notify everyone of what's going on Gary has generously got us up
and running with a new Dual Pentium II processor system (an impressive
step up from our tired old Pentium Pro system) running FC4. Not only
does this mean we've got a modern and hopefully more secure software
platform, but we now have 4x the bogomips! I've named the machine
"squid" ("lula" is Portugese for squid) and am in the process of getting
mailman setup on it. My plan is to start by forwarding mail to the new
machine, then web requests, and then finally update the DNS and then
have Gary put the old machine out of it's misery.
