[Planning] web-page

hi all,

I have access to the lula server, or think I have access to it.  However, I can not alter the web-page as I do not have access.  Sudo won't let me either because I don't have the root password.  is there a way we can update the web page.  Is someone in charge of that.  Can I get access?
